Let growing energy move
Physical Activities for Children
Children often understand a day through their bodies first: climbing into a challenge, balancing attention, running toward a goal or discovering that another attempt feels different.
Movement can bring confidence, laughter and a welcome change of pace.

Keep activity joyful and appropriately bounded
Orhideja’s physical activity elements can support active play or join a broader children’s event. Latvian-language guidance may help explain an agreed task, encourage turns and keep the programme moving, but it does not replace confirmed supervision and safety arrangements.
The current elements, suitable ages, physical demands, equipment, capacity, accessibility, adult responsibilities and safety conditions must be confirmed. No developmental outcome is claimed. The aim is a positive invitation to move, try and share the space with others.
It was my first time taking part in such wildly competitive sports games!
Match the activity to the children
Send the ages, group context and desired energy by WhatsApp. Ask which current physical elements are offered and how guidance and supervision are divided.
