The current area features, tools, suitable ages, capacity, accessibility, cleanliness, supervision and safety conditions must be confirmed. No equipment is assumed here. If a Latvian-speaking host shapes the surrounding event, the sand area can remain available as an option without forcing every child into the same programme.
